Hosting FAQs
What form of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal.
May I pay yearly rather than monthly?
No. Our reasonably priced hosting requires a monthly payment of just $18. You may pay your monthly hosting fee with your credit or debit card.
When will my card be charged?
All hosting accounts are processed on the 1st of each month. This means that should you activate your account on the 2nd or 3rd (or any day other than the 1st), you will receive free hosting for the remainder of that month. Your normal monthly billing will commence on the following first day of the month and continue for each month thereafter.
May I cancel my account at anytime?
Yes. We hate to see you go, but if you need to cancel or move your hosting at anytime, just contact us and let us know. We will suspend all monthly billing immediately. You will have until the last day of the month to copy and/or remove your files from our servers.
What kind of servers are you using?
Our newest Linux-based servers are provisioned with Intel Dual Quad Core 3.2GHz CPUs with a minimum of 2GB of RAM.
What level of tech support do you provide?
Most of our hosting clients are also our web design clients, and as such, generally do not need or want to know too much about the hosting and administrative duties involved with web hosting. But that’s okay, because we are glad to provide personal support with all aspects of web hosting.
We will gladly setup all your email accounts on the server, assist you with getting those accounts setup in your email application (Outlook, Thunderbird, Mail, etc.) and provide you the details you need to learn how to check your email from anywhere in the world.
Our personal, friendly service is what sets us apart from the average hosting provider. This personal service does require that we get some sleep from time to time, so sorry, we don’t offer full-blown 24/7 support. But please don’t hesitate to contact us at anytime.
